The Villa
Villa Colina del Mar is located in the urban community ‘La Capellania’ in Benalmadena. Being situated on top of a small hill gives the property a great deal of privacy and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and Fuengirola Port. A lovely garden with a variety of plants and trees, pool, and gazebo with bar, can all be enjoyed in quiet seclusion.

The House
The mediterranean-style villa has a living area of 431 m2, on a plot of 3,757 m2. It is accessed through a gate and path enclosed by cypress trees that lead to an entrance patio where there’s space to park several vehicles. The house has two floors, four double bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a guest toilet, a spacious living room with direct access to the pool and garden, a fully-equipped kitchen, a billiard room, a fireplace, and a closed garage with access to the kitchen. The master bedroom has a private terrace and a king-sized bed, one room has a queen-sized bed, the other two rooms have two single beds each.
All rooms include air conditioning and mosquito netting.

Location
The property has an excellent location due to its proximity to Malaga airport (20 minutes), Carvajal beach (15-minute walk), a nearby strip mall with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, laundromat, and other shops (5-minute walk), and a nearby sports club with spa, gym, and paddle tennis (5-minute drive).

May 1, 2025 Täydellinen lomahuvila perheellemme! Keittiö oli tilava ja hyvin varusteltu. Puutarha oli uskomattoman kaunis. Sijainti oli rauhallinen ja maisemat henkeäsalpaavat. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja kaikki toimi hyvin.
